Urban Estates is a boutique property investment vehicle and consultancy practice for recreational and urban real estate developments. Inspired by working with exquisite designers and visionaries of sophisticated taste, founder Lysanne Legare has contributed to exciting projects across the globe in various capacities.
Whilst living in the UAE, Lysanne facilitated investments between her partners in Abu Dhabi and the GCC seeking opportunity in Central London throughout the financial crisis. Compliant with Sharīʿah Law, she continues to practice with the utmost tact and discretion.
A few notable projects in North America include; Four Seasons Whistler, Panorama/Greywolf championship golf course (Carrick Design & top 10 in Canada), Lakestone Resort (master planned community ~ 1400 commercial/residential properties, marina 180 slips, championship golf course (Fry Design).
